TRAVEL INSURANCE AND DOCUMENTATIONS

Travel insurance is mandatory. We highly suggest you to bring the policy with you. We are not responsible for errors, inaccuracies, or shortfalls in your insurance coverage.
Please ensure that your insurance fully covers the activities of the Escape, as well as unexpected cancellation, sickness, losses and other customary travel risks including potential disruptions, due to unforeseen circumstances. It is your responsibility to make sure you are in possession of all necessary travel and health documents before departure. The expenses to get such documentation are at your sole responsibility.

TRANSPORTATION ARRANGEMENTS

The Escape departure meeting point will be announced prior the start date. All arrangements of transportation to and from the meeting location is at your own cost
and your sole responsibility. If you are not able to get to the meeting point for any reason, the new transportation arrangements to get to the Villa in Tuscany will be at your own cost or arranged by us on request providing your flight/train details and accepting the trasportation cost.

CHANGE OF ITINERARY

The nature of any trip requires substantial flexibility and for your safety and satisfaction, we reserve the right to amend the Escape's itinerary (including route, mode of transport, accommodations, amenities) for whatsoever reasons due to unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to, weather, traffic conditions, non-performance of suppliers or other danger outside our control. We will aim to reschedule reasonable alternatives to these changes and inform you within a fair timeframe.

CANCELLATION

If you submit the cancellation within 14 days after the purchase (cooling off period), we will issue a full refund to you (ADMINISTRATION FEES??) Since the trip confirmation is subjected to a minimum number of participants, the sign-up fee is refundable only if the Escape is not confirmed to go ahead by the deadline mentioned on the Escape’s details. If we must cancel the Escape due to force majeure (including, but not limited to natural disaster or political upheaval) we reserve the right to offer you a credit (in the same amount) for the next Escape, with a one-year validity. Once the Escape is confirmed, the following cancellation charges will be applied:

– for cancellations 3 months or more before your departure date, all payments until then, including, but not limited to, the sign-up fee and subsequent payments that have been made, are non-refundable

– for cancellations within 3 months of departure: all payments until then, including, but not limited to, the sign-up fee and subsequent payments, are non-refundable, and the Trip’s remaining balance will be due in full. There are no refunds in case of no-show, earlier departure or unused portion of the Escape.

CODE OF CONDUCT AND REMOVAL FROM THE TRIP

You will be responsible for appropriate conduct during the Escape. We reserve the right to terminate the participation of any person who, during the Escape, behaves in a manner which (in our sole discretion) may ruin the safety, the well-being or mobility of the group, any other Escape participants or our in-country partners.

RISK ACKNOWLEDGMENT

You understand that this trip, like any trip, includes a number of unforeseen risks associated with the activities, workshops and spa treatments that cannot be attributed to PoppyLand. We are not responsible for any medical conditions that may develop before, during or after the Escape.
We are not responsible for the loss, damage or theft of any personal property, so it is your responsibility to ensure your possessions are kept secure at all times. You or your insurance provider are responsible for any medical expenses, loss of property or other personal expenses during the Escape.

PRICES VARIATION

The Poppy Land reserves the right to vary the price advertised or printed to cover any significant increase in fuel price, foreign exchange currency valuations, government taxes and charges, or other tour related tariffs and costs.

MEDIA CONSENT

You hereby authorize the PoppyLand official representatives to use your image, video and audio to promote our Escapes on our social media and website and as memories of the Escape. You can opt out by informing us by email.

PRIVACY POLICY

We will not share your details with any third parties without your permission. Any personal information that you provide to us will be treated as confidential and used only for the service you requested.
